Friday was Valentine's Day and I was really surprised how mom decided to take us out to eat. We actually don't do anything on Valentine's Day. I usually have fun with the kids at the center and bring them treats to celebrate. Mom took us to Ponderosa at Plaza las Américas. We haven't been there in ages! We ate good but as usual, service was horrible. No wonder we stopped going.
I ate from the kid's meal. I got chicken strips with french fries. At first, I was afraid of tasting them because as usual, how food is seen on a picture is absolutely not the same when they bring it out. Surprisingly, they tasted pretty good.
This is what I wore post Valentine's Day. I had to get this shirt after I saw it on one of the bloggers I'm following. Thanks to her, I went to Old Navy and purchased it right after lunch. I fell in love with the cute pink exclamation heart at the corner. Luckily it was on sale too. Score!
Outfit with tennis shoes.
Every year, my grandpa always gives us candy on Valentine's Day and our aunt always seems to bake a surprise. This year I got Mon Cheri and cupcakes. Yum!
And to end the weekend, my sister and I finally watched "Frozen". At first, I wasn't really into watching it because lately, Disney movies aren't what they used to be. In the end, I absolutely loved it! No wonder kids are freakishly obsessed with this movie, it was awesome. It made us laugh lots, especially Olaf. I now regret not taking a picture with Anna and Elsa at Disney World last December. Boo!
I definitely recommend the movie.
